Blue Future and the Youth Progressive Action Catalyst is the largest progressive, youth-led, political action committee in America.

Since February 2021, I have been an Organizer with Blue Future, first participating as a Spring for Progress and Change Program, a 10-week progressive issue advocacy training program regarding issues of civil rights, democracy reform etc.. Through this program, I collaborated with eight other organizers, and was a co-founder of the Massachusetts Coalition for Youth Advisory Councils or (MACYAC). Together, we developed a strategic mission and vision for MACYAC, met with the offices for three U.S. Congressional Representatives, and recruited new members to lead the organization. I led our team’s operations and strategic planning including event planning, assisting/leading team meetings, crafting agendas and goals, communicating with congressional offices and partner organizations.

I have continued to be involved with leadership and professional development programs led by Blue Future for young organizers, more recently as the Outreach Director for the first, “Write Yourself into History” writing program. I co-designed program curriculum, recruited guest speakers, and facilitated 10 weekly training workshops for writers ages 15-26. I also served as an editor for reviewing and editing participants’ written articles that are published on Blue Future’s Medium page and social media channels.

I have also served as a Digital Organizing Manager for the organization’s social media platforms, (including Instagram and Twitter), since January 2022. I write and post content, manage the posting schedule, engaging with digital activists, and amplify news from partner organizations.
